Got a Non-Smoking room where somebody obviously had smoke before. It smelled and there was a cigarette in the sink.
Fast and convenient service. Clean rooms and adequate accommodations. Certainly well priced , desk clerk said she would check with someone and call us back, but never did ;-(
Had difficulty accessing the wi-fi Message said the system might have a modem problem
Spacious clean room well-worth the bargain cost,
Convenient to Collier County Sports facilities. Customer Service was very good.
Burned out light bulbs (quickly replaced though), stopped up toilet (quickly fixed though). Broken washing machines and dryers. Far too many maintenance problems although most of them were fixed when I complained about the problems.
The location was good plenty of places to eat nearby
It was clean was obivously recently renovated. It was ideal location for my wife and I to travel through everglades following day.
Would be nice to have coffee making facilities in the room.
no facilities in room at all apart from bathroom and bed
The setting was quiet and cozy. The room had extra space (long bench) to set bags and items.
The power outlet did not properly allow for electronics to be safely plugged in. Sparks. Previously when I stayed at the location there was a table to set-up laptops or sit and eat. On this trip the room appeared to have a place for the table but no table. The tv remote did not work and you had to manually change channels.
It was not clean at all, someone was parked at our parking spot, our neighbours were having a fight at midnight, staying outside with a crying baby also!
We booked this because of the location. After flying in and driving across Florida we wanted to have a motel that was just inside Naples.
The bed felt ancient, the pillow like a bag of potatoes--lumpy and filthy. I covered it with my robe to sleep on it.
perfect service, most friendly staff I have ever met (I know about more than 50 hotels/motels in US), you`ll feel familiar there. rooms are very clean, comfortable, poolside is very nice, parking area, closed to everything you need. the manager of the hotel "miguel" makes everyone feel comfortable, and so does the whole staff
everything perfect, very nice and clean rooms, it´s not the luxurious place (these are Ritz and so on) however best price/ cost effectiveness.
this is old school road way motel. Inexpensive with close resturant and gas plus highway.
beds are not great, internet had issues but did work the next morning. the tub did not drain.
Basic but clean and adequate Good location for Fort myers and marco Island as well as Naples
The tub could have been replaced along with the damaged door frames inside
The wifi did not work, as well as the phone in the room. The construction was really sub-par. The clerk said that her computer hooked up to the Internet, but neither my phone nor my iPad would hook up. I ended up driving to the Super8 which was much nicer.
